“Open 24 hours. Booked online. Close to the airport. More efficient than last year. I parked in the front of the office, which i was hesitant about, but they assured me they were open 24 hours and showed me the security camera that overlooked my car. When I got picked up from jetblue international flight. I received an email with directions on where to stand for pick up. I called, provided my pin code. There is also an app that shows how close the shuttle was and within (what it seems like less than 5 minutes), our driver Wendy came to pick us up. Very efficient and polite. Offered us water on the ride. In the office, Octavia greeted us. We used the bathroom prior to leaving. Office is very clean and has coffee, tea, water. Had a great experience. I could see a huge improvement from last year. Would highly recommend to friends/family.”

“Great location and very friendly and efficient staff. It was my first time parking here and Daniel at the check in was very nice and explained everything well. The parking lot is very safe! I like that I can park it myself and nobody else is moving my car around while I am away. When I came back and called them to pick me up, Ryan showed up 10min after I called. It was a bliss! Also – they pick up where the Hotel pick ups are and not the ride sharing area. That’s a lot more comfortable and quicker! Ryan even showed me the new pick up area if one arrives in Terminal 4. “I had a great round trip experience with Self Park FLL! I dropped my car off at 3am on Tuesday and returned six days later – I felt safe and I never worried about my car because it was in a well lit, fenced in lot with security cameras and staff on-site 24/7. Also, it was $10/day cheaper than it is to park at the airport! After I got my bag, I called the office with my pickup PIN and Ryan picked us up just a few minutes later. He was awesome – very professional and nice! I am going to use Self Park FLL from now on!”
